Here are a few measures that may be useful, with or without adaptation, in assessing the impact of Transitions in your work:
- Youth Experience of Transition
A validated survey to determine a youth’s understanding of the Transitions framework. It can be administered as a pre and post evaluation of a Transitions-enhanced program.
- Community Experience of Reconciliation & Transition
Inspired by the YET, NYU Center on Violence and Recovery developed this survey to assess the impact of Transitions in their program to address intimate abuse. It is a useful starting point for developing additional measures that assess the framework’s impact on programs facilitating community transitions.
